Why do young adults need life insurance?
We understand that life insurance may not even cross the minds of many people under 30.
However, ‘age is just a number’ as the saying goes, and there could be other factors of a young person’s life that make taking our life insurance a wise idea.
It is advisable to get cover if anyone in your life is financially dependent on your income – this could be children, relatives or a partner. If you have a mortgage, are married or are in a civil partnership, you should also consider taking out life insurance, regardless of age. Should anything happen to you, any dependents would then be protected financially.
The cost of life insurance is usually cheaper at younger ages, so don’t delay.
As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply.
